stagnant water

absolutely disasterous, the room I stayed in stunk of cigarettes, and the bathroom had stagnant water! ! plus, the shower door was broken. one would think as a very important guest, I'd get an upgrade instead of being treated like everyone else, but alas, here we are. a shame, as i almost considered a good review.

Great location close to pubs and eateries the garden area was a nice touch. Clean and bright room equipped with kettle and fan.

Very noisy at night with loud guests rooms not insulated well. Limited breakfast options and staff seemed untrained.

If you're a foodie, you've gotta check out Transylvania Restaurant just around the corner—such hearty dishes! Plus, the laundry facilities were a lifesaver for my family after our adventures. Who doesn’t love a good chicken feast?

But, alas, our family room wasn’t exactly a palace. Cobwebs danced above us, and the bathroom had an unfortunate odour. I even found dust thick enough to host a convention! Cleanliness needs serious attention.

The room stunk of cigarettes, the bathroom smelled of stagnant water!!! A skylight above the bed let in too much light, making sleep impossible!!! Poor maintenance with broken shower door, dirty windows!!!

During our short visit, we were thrilled with how accommodating the staff were, especially when they allowed us a late checkout without any extra charge. We appreciated the cleanliness of our family room, which was essential since we traveled with our baby. Charming Stay with Great Potential

We enjoyed our night in a private double room, appreciating the cleanliness and coziness. The vibrant garden looked inviting, although we couldn't enjoy it due to the rain. Breakfast options close by were convenient, and we loved the nearby Transylvania Restaurant for a hearty meal!

The staff were super friendly, and I loved the garden view from my room. Clean facilities and great location close to cafes, making breakfast really easy. Parking was available on the side streets if needed.
